ORDERING INFORMATION
Please Read Carefully!
Customer Number
Please have your customer number available when calling. If
you are a rst time caller, once you have placed an order, you will
be assigned a customer number for future references. The customer
number helps us to identify you if there is more than one customer
with the same name. This will eliminate any confusion and allow
our personnel to access and process your order more efciently.
Catalog Number
In order for us to serve you better, please supply us with the
catalog number on the front cover or at the top of the order forms in
the back of the catalog. This will enable us to send you an updated
catalog with your order.
Credit Card Payment Method
If you are planning to use a credit card for payment, please have
credit card type, number and expiration date ready when calling so
that your order is processed in a timely manner and will not create
any unnecessary delays.
Ordering Parts
Most all products listed in our catalog have part numbers.
Please have a list of these part numbers ready before calling to
place an order. Having these part numbers available will speed up
the ordering process. You can order over the phone with a credit
card or place prepaid orders by phone to insure accuracy. If you
prefer, you can mail or fax credit card & prepaid orders using order
forms in the back of the catalog. NC residents, add 7.75% sales
tax. Personal checks will be held 15 days to clear.
