Tahoe HYBRID MUNICIPAL –

For the ultimate in full-size SUV fuel economy with an

EPA estimated MPG of 20 city and 23 highway, Chevrolet

Tahoe Hybrid delivers up to 40-percent improved mileage

in city driving compared with non-hybrid models, while

delivering all of the comfort and capability customers

expect in a full-size SUV. The vastly improved fuel

economy is due largely to a state-of-the-art Hybrid

System using GM’s Electronically Variable Transmission.

An industry ﬁrst for any full-size SUV, the Tahoe 2-Mode

Hybrid is offered for municipalities who prefer or require

hybrid vehicles to be included in their ﬂeets. Tahoe Hybrid

can tow up to 6,200 lbs.

offers standard eight-passenger seating capacity.

Available is an optional power distribution center, single

(RPO WRK) or dual (RPO WRJ), which simpliﬁes upﬁtting

and avoids connection to critical components of the hybrid

Tahoe Hybrid is not designed or intended for high-speed

emergency vehicle operations. 3 years / 36,000 mile

bumper-to-bumper and 8 year / 100,000 miles for hybrid

related components.

1. Head curtain side air bags are designed to help reduce the risk of head and neck injuries to

front and rear seat occupants on the near side of certain side-impact collisions. Always use

safety belts and the correct child restraints for your child’s age and size, even in vehicles

equipped with air bags. Children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat. See your

vehicle Owner’s Manual and child safety seat instructions for more information.

2. E85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. To see if there is an E85 station near you, go to

8. Maximum Trailer Weight ratings are calculated assuming a base vehicle, except for options

necessary to achieve the rating, plus driver. The weight of other optional equipment,

passengers and cargo will reduce the maximum trailer weight your vehicle can tow.
