IT’S A SURE THING. When you’re

transporting people for a living, safety is

a priority. The Chevy Express Passenger

Van offers standard safety features such

as head-curtain side-impact airbags,

the

StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control

System, traction control and anti-lock

brakes. Enhanced Technology Glass (ETG)

prevents glass from shattering in the

event of a collision and helps to keep

occupants safe inside the vehicle.

SECURITY ZONE. A rear vision camera and

rear park assist are available and help

CUSTOMIZE YOUR CUTAWAY. The Express

Commercial Cutaway is designed to meet

many requirements — every one of which

starts with the power, strength and

dependability of a proven Chevrolet

chassis. The full-length, ladder-type

frame is designed for upfitting. Three

wheelbases are available: 139-inch,

159-inch and 177-inch. Vortec V8 power is

standard, along with a Hydra-Matic

6-speed automatic transmission that

includes auto grade braking and Tow/Haul

mode. The available Duramax 6.6L

Turbo-Diesel V8 is the most powerful

diesel in its class.

LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG). LPG

vehicles make business sense for many

fleets. That’s why the LPG option is

available on Express 4500 Commercial

Cutaway models in a 3-tank or 4-tank

system. The vehicle is built with a gaseous

fuel-ready Vortec 6.0L V8 engine with

factory-installed hardened exhaust valves

and intake/exhaust valve seats. Engineered

by GM, all components meet GM standards

for safety, reliability and durability.
