  All Cruze models include

standard OnStar along with its wide

range of convenient features, including

RemoteLink and Turn-by-Turn Navigation.

Focus also includes a telematics system,

but it requires a properly paired and

powered-up cell phone to function.

Cruze’s OnStar system utilizes cellular

technology embedded within the vehicle

for a more reliable connection. In addition,

unlike Cruze, Focus does not include a

smartphone app capable of starting the

vehicle and unlocking the doors.

  Cruze 1LT’s available

Chevrolet MyLink system offers several

entertainment options. Focus SE also offers

an impressive infotainment system, but

Cruze’s system includes apps embedded in

the head unit. Focus’s system only allows

control of apps, but they are not embedded

in the head unit. In addition, Cruze includes

standard satellite radio; satellite radio is an

option on Focus SE.
