Lower Front

Cowl Panel

Replaces the lower front cowl

where the front fender bolts

to the main part of the body.

Extends from the firewall to

the front door opening and from the bottom of the

rocker line upward 12" to 15", depending on the

application. 18 gauge stamped steel.

Replacement Door Bottom

Repair Kit

The door bottom kit

includes the outer door

skin and the inner

structure for one door. The outer skin is precision die-

stamped from 20 gauge steel with all the proper curves

and shaped 6” high and the hem flange on the outer

skin is included and formed to a reverse 45 degree

angle for proper assembly to the inner door structure.

The inner door structure is a one piece die-stamped

section from 18 gauge steel with all the proper steps for

the door jamb. Cross braces and other features from

the original doors are included.

Rocker Panel

Outer Rocker Panel. One piece 18 gauge stamped

steel panel which precisely duplicates the original

factory curves and shapes including the bead

on the top of the rocker. Fits the door curve

properly! Panels extend from the hinge pillar

to the rear door post. 1941-48 will need

associated parts for complete installation.

Rocker Panel Extension (foot scraper)

Bolted to the rocker panel and is located under the

fender extension near the front part of the door. Made

to street specifications, it’s a smoothie. It can be used

with or without the original chrome rocker mouldings.
